The DuraDuct Model HP was used for an assortment of fire rated applications at the Leslie Dan Pharmacy. Stairwell pressurization, fume exhaust and supply air systems are required to have a UL/ULC listed 2-hour fire rating. The DuraDuct HP was approved by the city inspectors and installed in very tight ceiling spaces utilizing the slim profile of the duct. At only 3/8” thick, DuraDuct HP is the thinnest Fire Rated Duct on the market providing unmatched space savings. The Fans were also protected by the HP ductwork to ensure the integrity of this Fire Rated system.
