PROMARINE-640 & 450

Both PROMARINE–640 and PROMARINE–450 are lightweight systems and is installed where weight of product is critical. Both products are manufactured from unique, patented, PROMAXON^® man-made calcium silicate, which provides far higher temperature resistance, with less material than conventionally mined calcium silicate. PROMARINE products are asbestos free and the core is environmentally friendly, being 100% recyclable.

PROMARINE products are used to provide decorative fire resistant bulkheads, deckheads, and floors in accommodation areas on all types of sea-going vessels and offshore platforms. PROMARINE can also be used as the core panels in the flat-pack, non-combustible ship’s furniture.

PROMARINE panels are supplied either as plain panels, ready for laminating by the client, or as a tailor-made laminated panels, bonded with the client’s choice of approved surface coatings. These coatings include, HPL, galvanized steel, aluminum, vinyl and wall paper. PROMARINE panels can also be bonded with all grades of stainless steel making it ideal for the lining of galleys, store rooms and refrigerated spaces.

The DuraBarrier DuraSystems recently launched a new pre-engineered modular barrier, designed to protect people and property. DuraBarrier has been recognized by FM Global as an exterior transformer separation and will help prevent the spread of fire.
